El Presidio

123 E. Canon Perdido St. The presidio was built by Spain in 1782, with the mission of defending the Second Military District in California. In modern times, the Presidio serves as a significant tourist attraction, museum and an archaeological site.

Arts and Crafts Show

See original handmade artwork by more than 250 local artisans at the Santa Barbara Arts and Crafts Show along Cabrillo Blvd on Sundays at 10:00am.

 

Art Museum

1130 State St, Founded in 1941, it is a home of both permanent and special collections, the former of which included Asian, American, and European art that spans four thousand years of ancient to modern.

 

MOXI Museum

125 State St, Destination for families and curios minds of all ages. Three floors of hands-on exhibits for children and children-at-heart fill this interactive science museum.
